We’ve always believed in giving back. From the firm’s earliest days, it has supported a range of community organizations. Leman Group is recognized as an Imagine Caring Company, committed to charitable donations of a minimum of 1% of pre-tax profits – a threshold which we are proud to exceed every year.

We’ve also found a way to do more. We have built our firm through helping clients achieve their critical objectives – now we’re giving back by helping community organizations do the same.

In 2008, Leman Group launched the SEED Program, with a mission of building the management capability of the nonprofit sector. Only one in three non-profit workers aspires to be an executive director – yet three-quarters of nonprofit executive directors plan to leave their jobs by 2011. The SEED Program works with nonprofit Boards and Executive Directors to build management capability - helping them help the communities they serve.
